Thanks to the investments in research and development, GRAF Synergy conceived and realised the first welding machine for fixtures in the world able to weld PVC profiles without necessity of corner cleaning: the SL4-FF EVO.

This revolutionary machine covered by the exclusive patent “V-Perfect Technology®” introduced new standards of production very high. Eliminating completely the unaesthetic welding curb allows to obtain PVC windows aesthetically perfect, even using delicate profiles such as those painted or coated . In addition, by avoiding manual cleaning and retouching, it minimises the possibility of human error, damage and waste. This technolgy has definetely redifined the standards in the PVC fixtures sector and has made it possible to achieve windows with an unprecedented aesthetic effect, enabling window and door manufacturers to produce new types of frames with material combinations previously considered impossible to achieve at acceptable costs. To optimise the entire production process GRAF Synergy has developed the “Fast Forward Plant” system, an exclusive service that study and design the best process flow according to the production needs, labour and space of each customer. This system aims to make more productive every square metres of factory and allow significant savings in time and space, providing customers with a perfect “turnkey plant”.
